About Ritesh

Builder of teams, believer in people

Ritesh grew up in Fatehabad, Haryana, with roots in the village of Bhuna and two teachers for parents — a home where books were the real wealth. A district scholarship topper as a child, he went on to study engineering at NIT Kurukshetra (2004–08), launching ebizel.com at 17 and registering his first company, Rigitech Solutions, at 19.

After corporate years at CTS and Alstom, he completed an Executive MBA at FMS Delhi (2011–14) and, alongside, produced short films in Mumbai. Real estate became his calling: he founded RINE Consulting in 2016 and, through VR Infobuild, built a team of around 150 people in India.

In 2018 he chose to start again in Canada, building Team RINE with RE/MAX and then eXp Realty, where he was recognised by eXp Realty Canada. In January 2023 he brought that energy to Dubai — leading the Investors Clinic Dubai branch as a partner, then joining Dugasta as Sales Director to build its sales organisation from the ground up, and becoming Chief Sales Officer in August 2025.

Today he also runs Startup Roof, a founder-first platform for people building businesses in the UAE, and is writing his autobiography, Bhuna to Burj.

EARLY YEARS

Bhuna, Haryana

Born into a family of government school teachers. Topped the Hisar district scholarship exam in Class 5 — with no coaching.
